Digital Marketing Manager

Las Vegas, NV

Job Summary

Clique Hospitality is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute the full digital presence of our venue portfolio. This is a high-output, hands-on role responsible for social media management, content production, community engagement, paid advertising, SEO, website operations, influencer marketing, email and SMS marketing, and the management of all reservation, ordering, and guest-facing platforms.

You will serve as the day-to-day operator of everything our guests encounter online — from how a venue ranks on Google to how it looks on Instagram to how smoothly a reservation or online order flows. This role requires both creative instincts and technical competency, and the ability to move fast across multiple active venues simultaneously.

Content creation is the core of this role. You will be the person on the floor shooting, editing, and publishing Reels, TikToks, and Stories for every assigned venue, and you are expected to know what is trending on each platform this week, not last month. If you are not already making short-form video daily and paying close attention to what is working right now, this is not the role for you.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment and want ownership over a real digital footprint — not just a piece of it — we want to hear from you. We offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and a creative environment where your ideas can come to life.

Job Duties:

This is intended to be an overview of the responsibilities and requirements attributed to the position. It is not intended to be limited to such content, nor does it describe solely what occupies a given day or week.

Content Creation & Production

  • Own short-form video end to end for all assigned venues: concept, shoot, edit, caption, and publish Reels, TikToks, and Stories without relying on outside creators or agencies.
  • Produce multiple original short-form videos per venue per week, plus daily Stories during active programming.
  • Be on site at activations, events, and programming to capture content in real time, including nights and weekends when the venues are at their best.
  • Stay current on platform trends, trending audio, formats, editing styles, and new features across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and turn relevant trends into venue content within days, not weeks.
  • Shoot and edit natively on mobile with tools such as CapCut, the in-app Instagram and TikTok editors, or equivalent, with the ability to move to Premiere or a similar desktop editor for longer or higher-polish pieces.
  • Adapt tone, pacing, and visual style to each venue’s brand while keeping content native to the platform it lives on.
  • Track which content performs and why, and feed those learnings back into the next week’s shoot list.
  • Coordinate professional photo and video shoots when the moment calls for it, including scheduling, creative direction, shot lists, and asset delivery.
  • Maintain organized content libraries so raw footage, edits, and approved assets are archived and easy to find.
  • Produce a rolling content calendar at least 14 days into the future and present it for approval biweekly.

Social Media Management

  • Own and manage social media accounts across all assigned Clique Hospitality venues, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and any emerging platforms relevant to the brand.
  • Develop and execute content calendars aligned with venue programming, promotions, and seasonal priorities.
  • Post, monitor, and maintain a consistent publishing cadence across all active accounts.

Community Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and tags across all social platforms in a timely manner, consistent with each venue’s brand voice.
  • Actively engage with guests, local influencers, and the broader community to build audience relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Flag escalated guest issues to the appropriate team members and ensure resolution is handled professionally.

Paid Advertising

  • Plan, build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other relevant paid channels.
  • Develop and test ad creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages to maximize campaign performance.
  • Implement and manage tracking infrastructure including pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust budgets, targeting, and creative based on results.
  • Provide regular paid media performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

SEO, AEO & GEO

  • Own and execute SEO strategy across all assigned Clique Hospitality venue websites, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, metadata, schema markup, image compression, internal linking, and keyword integration.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and ensure all venue pages are consistently optimized for search visibility.
  • Research and target relevant local, event-based, and category-specific keywords to drive organic traffic.
  • Monitor performance via Google Search Console, track rankings, and report on SEO progress biweekly.
  • Ensure all new web content — menus, event pages, landing pages — is published with SEO best practices applied from the start.
  • Optimize venue content to be chosen as the answer in Google AI Overviews, featured snippets, and People Also Ask (AEO), using clear question-and-answer content, FAQ sections, and structured data.
  • Build and maintain the signals that get our venues recommended and cited by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini (GEO): consistent entity information across the web, authoritative third-party mentions, and content written the way people ask AI for recommendations.
  • Monitor how each venue shows up in AI search and assistant results, track share of AI recommendations against competitors, and report on it alongside traditional rankings.

Website Management & Technical Operations

  • Manage and maintain all assigned Clique Hospitality venue websites, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency across desktop and mobile.
  • Use HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to build, edit, and troubleshoot website pages and features as needed.
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams to implement landing pages, seasonal menus, special promotions, and new venue launches.
  • Deploy code injections, tracking scripts, and custom elements via Google Tag Manager — never directly into the CMS.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for performance, speed, and ADA compliance.
  • Monitor and manage web hosting, domain registration, and SSL certificates.
  • Work with external developers or platforms as needed for backend updates, integrations, or advanced customizations.
  • Regularly audit websites for broken links, outdated content, and technical issues — and proactively resolve them.

Reservation & Guest Platform Management

  • Own day-to-day management of all venue profiles and operational settings across SevenRooms, OpenTable, and UrVenue for assigned venues.
  • Own all marketing components within each platform, including profile content, promotional messaging, photography, event features, upsell configurations, and any guest-facing marketing touchpoints unique to each platform.
  • Keep all platform content current, including hours, descriptions, photos, event listings, and reservation availability.
  • Manage and update online ordering platforms, ensuring menu accuracy, pricing, availability, and guest-facing presentation are always current.
  • Coordinate with operations teams on platform configurations, special event setups, and guest flow needs.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews across SevenRooms, OpenTable, TripAdvisor, Google Business Profile, Yelp, Apple Business Connect, Meta, and related platforms in alignment with brand voice.

Listings & Reputation Management

  • Manage and maintain all business listings across Google Business Profile, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and any other relevant directories for assigned venues.
  • Ensure NAP (name, address, phone) consistency and up-to-date content across all listing platforms and third-party websites.
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews across platforms professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Identify listing gaps or inaccuracies across the portfolio and proactively correct them.

Influencer Marketing

  • Research and identify relevant influencers across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms for assigned venues, evaluating fit based on audience demographics, engagement rate, content quality, and brand alignment.
  • Lead all outreach, negotiation, and booking of influencer partnerships, including comp experiences, paid collaborations, and gifted arrangements.
  • Coordinate all logistics for influencer visits and campaigns, including scheduling, venue communication, briefing documents, and asset delivery expectations.
  • Track and report on influencer campaign performance, including reach, engagement, content output, and estimated value.
  • Maintain an organized database of influencer contacts, campaign history, and performance benchmarks across assigned venues.

Email & SMS Marketing

  • Own and execute all email marketing for assigned venues, including strategy, list management, subscription forms and landing pages, template design, copywriting, scheduling, and performance reporting.
  • Own and execute all SMS marketing communications, including list building, campaign builds, audience segmentation, send scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows, drip sequences, and triggered communications across email and SMS platforms.
  • Maintain subscriber list health, ensure compliance with opt-in/opt-out regulations, and monitor deliverability across all sends.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance across all digital channels — website traffic and user behavior, social, paid, SEO, email/SMS, and platform metrics.
  • Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Semrush, and other relevant tools to pull insights and inform strategy.
  • Deliver biweekly performance reports covering key metrics, trends, wins, and recommended optimizations.

AI Tools & Workflow

  • Use AI tools daily to move faster: drafting captions, ad copy, email and SMS, review responses, and content briefs, then editing everything to each venue’s voice before it goes live.
  • Use AI to speed up video production where it helps, including scripting, hooks, captions, transcription, and rough cuts, without letting it replace real in-venue footage.
  • Use AI for research and analysis: trend spotting, keyword and competitor research, and turning raw performance data into insights.
  • Test new AI tools and platform-native AI features as they launch and bring the ones that work to the team.
  • Follow brand and guest-privacy guardrails: no guest data in public AI tools, no AI-generated imagery presented as real venue photos, and human review before anything publishes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, community management, paid advertising, SEO, and website operations — preferably in hospitality or food & beverage.
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS; comfort troubleshooting and editing front-end website code.
  • Demonstrated experience managing paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and X Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of AEO and GEO: how AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and similar assistants decide what to recommend, and how to optimize content and listings for it.
  • Daily hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini for copy, research, and analysis, with the judgment to edit and fact-check the output.
  • Experience managing reservation and guest platforms including SevenRooms, OpenTable, and UrVenue.
  • Experience managing online ordering platforms and maintaining accuracy across menus and availability.
  • Experience managing listing platforms such as Google Business Profile, Yelp, and TripAdvisor, including review response.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager for deploying tracking scripts and code injections.
  • Experience owning and executing email and SMS marketing programs on platforms such as Mailchimp or equivalent, including list management, campaign execution, automation, and compliance.
  • Proven track record creating short-form video that performs. A portfolio or link to Reels and TikToks you personally shot and edited is required with your application.
  • Fluent in mobile-first video production and editing, including CapCut and the native Instagram and TikTok editors. Experience with Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to spot platform trends early and act on them fast, with examples of trend-driven content you have produced.
  • Comfortable being on camera or directing on-camera talent, and comfortable shooting in loud, crowded, low-light venue environments.
  • Availability to be on site for content capture during evening and weekend programming.
  • Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, including researching, outreach, booking, coordination, and performance reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple venues and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, venue operators, and external partners.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across brands.
