Corporate Operations Associate
JOB OVERVIEW |
This is a unique growth-focused opportunity designed for someone eager to learn the inner workings of hospitality operations and corporate strategy. Working directly under the President and COO, the Corporate Ops Associate will gain exposure to high-level decision-making, strategic initiatives, and multi-unit operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, professional polish, and a passion for hospitality who is looking to grow into future leadership.
JOB EXPECTATIONS |
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the President and COO
- Assist with the timelines of executive meetings, follow-ups, and project tracking
- Help manage timelines for initiatives involving venue opening, marketing campaigns and corporate planning.
- Maintain executive calendars, prepare briefing materials, and take meeting notes as needed.
- Support internal communications across departments and venues
- Conduct research, compile reports, and assist with presentations
- Coordinate with People & Culture, Finance, marketing, and Operations teams to help drive projects forward
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Anticipate needs and take initiative in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES |
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS |
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field or 2+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, operations, project coordination, or executive support
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, personable, and adaptable with strong communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with project Management or CRM software is a plus
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and desire to grow within the industry
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS |
- Must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS |
- Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.
- Must regularly lift and/move up to 25 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
- Physically able to walk without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period.
- Able to commute from one location to another
WORKING CONDITIONS |
- Work is performed indoors and outdoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust and smoke.
