Sales Intern - Clique Hospitality
JOB OVERVIEW
As the Sales Intern you will be performing a variety of administrative tasks, including check reconciliation, initial lead responses, follow ups, site visits and supporting onsite at events as a service team with coordination duties.
JOB EXPECTATIONS
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- CRM Management, organizing, accounts, merging duplicate contacts, formatting templates
- Conducting research with Market Analysis, competitive market analysis tracking
- Attending meetings and events to learn and observe
- Updating Sales Documents accurately
- Observing how to close deals and secure confirmation of business
- Communicating with vendors and clients
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
- Organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Gmail Applications
- Customer Service
- Ability to work on a fast-paced environment
- Available on afternoon shift at least 3 times a week (between 10am and 4pm / Monday to Friday) and sometimes on weekends or after hours as needed with advance notice
- Must be able to commute from Office location to corporate office and other venues

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work under time constraints and within established deadlines.
Must regularly lift and/move up to 10 pounds.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed mostly indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust and smoke.
PAY RANGE
The pay range for this position is $15/hour.
