Check In Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests.

 To include but not limited to:

  • Greet guests with a warm, personal greeting.
  • Check guest list guests into the Venue.
  • Scanning of online pre-sale tickets.
  • Accept and record in person guest list additions or check ins.
  • Handling of guest entry tickets and drink tickets.
  • Assist with events as needed.
  • Must be knowledgeable of Venue promotions and events.
  • Update and maintain all Guest List Sheets and Software.
  • Provide support to VIP Hosts and Management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)

  • 1-2 years experience in ticketing, special events, promotions, or marketing nightclubs or restaurants and/or related experience in a ticketing, special events, promotions or marketing internship or related university marketing course work preferred.
  • Good communication skills; multilingual is a plus.
  • Ability to read and write in English proficiently.
  • Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. and active participant in social media.
  • Positive attitude, self motivated, energetic and is a willing learner.
  • Ability to follow directions well, make quick decisions, and keep organized while under pressure.
  • Ability to perform a variety of duties with extreme care, concern and detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a high stress & a high-volume environment.
  • Professionally groomed in a manner consistent with department grooming standards.
  • Physically able to walk without assistance and stand on various surfaces for an extended period of time.
